
Léa Kiwan
Digital Transformation Expert, Educator, and Researcher
Dr. Léa Kiwan is an experienced academic, consultant, and digital strategist with a career spanning over a decade across Europe and the Middle East. She holds a PhD in Management Sciences from the University of Nice–Sophia Antipolis (now University Côte d'Azur), where her research explored the impact of disruptive technologies on expertise in healthcare. She also holds two Master’s degrees and an MBA from leading French business schools (SKEMA & ESG) with a strong focus on marketing, international business, and strategic development.
She is the Co-Founder of LÉMI & Partners, a Dubai-based consultancy offering digital transformation, training, and strategic development services. Alongside her partners, Léa supports international brands seeking to expand into the GCC market, with a particular focus on the fashion, luxury, and healthcare industries.
Léa has held academic leadership roles, including Programme Director at De Montfort University Dubai and Master’s Program Director at IPAG Business School. She currently teaches digital marketing, innovation, and entrepreneurship at leading international business schools, and mentors doctoral candidates at ESCE and ISEN with a focus on innovation and AI-driven business strategy.
Her industry background includes project leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson, Amadeus, and other major firms. A trilingual speaker, Léa is also an active contributor to academic journals and digital magazines, writing on topics related to tech innovation and digital marketing. Her work bridges academic research and practical insight, empowering organizations through transformative learning and strategic growth.
