Before coaching, Roushdy held strategic leadership roles in the tech and consulting space. As a Director at Spiralyze, a data-driven CRO US-top-tier agency (conversion rate optimization), he led a multi-million-dollar portfolio of clients, managing cross-functional teams and delivering measurable conversion growth through A/B testing, UX optimization, and digital strategy for leading SaaS and D2C multi-billion-dollar valuation companies. His experience in tech taught him more than just metrics and scalability. It showed him that real, sustainable growth hinges on alignment between people, purpose, and process.

He’s also led high-impact programs with international institutions such as USAID, the World Bank, the Atlantic Council, AFD, and the European Union. From empowering 300+ SMEs in Egypt to scale exports, to guiding hundreds of civil society organizations through digital and green transformation, Roushdy’s work has consistently bridged vision with execution. His consulting expertise spans digital transformation, green economy integration, organizational capacity building, and eCommerce development; always rooted in results and human-centered thinking.
